Our goal is to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, no matter how large or small the request. Below are many of the services offered by Guest Services.
Copy services are available in the mall office for .10 per page. Fax services are available for (outgoing) $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page, (incoming) $1.00 each page.
For your convenience, handicap parking spaces are available at all mall entrances.

Walkers are invited to exercise in our climate-controlled environment year round. Mall entrances are opened daily for mall walkers Monday through Saturday at 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. One complete loop around Shawnee Mall is equivalent to 1/2 mile.
Shawnee Mall offers 24-hour security services to its customers and employees. A fully trained security staff is available to assist you with parking locations, security escorts and directions. You can reach a security officer from the mall office during all mall hours, 405-275-7253.
